History

1991 The "Pizza & Pasta" company was established and reached its first 1 million pizzas.
1995 The production reached 30 million pizzas.
1999 In July the Roncadin Group went public.
2003 The Production reached 47 million pizzas.
2004 Through a public offer (OPA) Arena took over the Roncadin Group.
2005 Arena sold the plant in Meduno to the Malavolta Group Foodinvest Pizza Srl.
2008 The Roncadin family takes over the pizza factory as a tenant. In September 2008 Roncadin could recuperate its former company name and introduced at the same time its new brand "Casa Roncadin" on the fair InterCool 2008.
2009 In January Roncadin Srl becomes the new owner.
