Responsible for:

  • Directing and coordinating US subsidiary operations for Italian food products manufacturer;
  • overseeing financial performance and risk profile while ensuring regulatory obligations are met;
  • analyzing and recommending introduction of new frozen pizza and related products, managing brand development, and overseeing implementation of effective marketing strategies;
  • ensuring timely submission of month-end financial and operational reviews;
  • contributing to corporate-wide strategic planning;
  • driving profitable revenue growth by identifying opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; (vi) raising capital to fund expansion in US market;
  • communicating effectively with Italian parent company.

 

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or related.

Must have: 7 years sales management experience with frozen food manufacturer. Required experience must include 4 years of experience developing sales strategies for emerging markets, supervising area managers, analyzing performance metrics, negotiating agreements with suppliers or distributors, and managing export of frozen food products. Experience may be gained concurrently.
